THE FOUNDER TEACHER
From one teacher-one pupil position to Seven Sr. Sec. Schools and over seven thousand students and five hundred teachers in a period of just 76 years is a proud record for any institution. The South Indians of Delhi-Madrasis, according to the friends of the North, are known for their richness of intellect and community life, though economically less fortunate. When our pioneers were at establishing the first school in 1923, the then small community in the capital raised the necessary wherewithal by way of small voluntary contributions. There was a breakthrough and the pattern was set for the successors.
We value the contribution of parents towards our shared mission of growing friendly, thoughtful and active children.
The advanced and enabled option of its transport facility reliefs parents from taking the stress of reaching their child home safely.
The studio is equipped with interactive smart boards, laptops, Lego kits and other innovative resources thus making our students techno smart.
International Women's day was celebrated in DTEA Pusa Road on 8th March with great enthusiasm and gaity.Distinguished women alumni from each of the 7 DTEA schools belonging to different professions were honoured for their contribution to the society.
The Secretary DTEA, Shri Raju Ramaswamy and the President Shri R.K.Raman in their message thanked all the women alumni for their association, contribution and support for the growth and development of DTEA.They hoped that this would continue in future all.
